We accept the following forms of payment: Bank Transfer, Direct Deposit Over ATM Machine/Counter, Credit and debit card payments or Paypal. Payment made cannot be refunded, it can only exchange to become store credit.
Making a Purchase
The information you provide upon making a purchase includes general facts necessary for us to complete your order, for instance, your name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card number. Your credit card number is privileged information and will at no time be shared with a third party save and except for the authorised payment processing agents. Your credit card details will not be stored. Other information is stored and maintained in a secure location separate from this website.
Submitting a Testimonial
Please note that upon submitting your testimonial, the information you provide including but without limitation to your name, age, gender, location, occupation and testimonial will be automatically used, published and/or shared on this website and other marketing materials as may be deemed appropriate by us without further reference to you.
EmuWellbeing.com ship with Singpost, FeDex and Ta-Q-Bin which we think is appropriate by referring to customer location and a tracking number will be provided via email, customer need to make sure the email being registered is valid to receive this notification.
All order will be dispatched the next day if ordered and paid after 10am, or the following day for orders after 10am, We will ship out orders from Monday to Friday.
We are not responsible for incorrect postal addresses resulting in non-delivery of the goods. Please check you have carefully entered the correct address.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout, We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We accept pick-ups, please contact us via email for self collection.
Delivery time frame advertised is not guaranteed. The couriers we use operate on a 98-99% success rate. We’re unable to take responsibility if the item is not delivered on time but we’ll help to chase it up. We may request additional information before processing and shipping orders where we feel necessary. In times of adverse weather conditions items may take longer than normal to arrive.
When we request a return for a situation that is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise, shipping charges, customs, tariffs and taxes will be refunded. Such an error may include receipt of incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise. Please contact us if you feel we have made such an error and do not discard the merchandise unless we direct you to do so.
All items sent for shipping are not allowed to be cancelled.
